Shipping policy
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Jenuine Designs is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again. Once packages are picked up, it is out of our hands. Any issues would need to be resolved with the carrier. Shipping times and processing times aren't the same.
